Yes, we do. Depending on the size of your package this may be handled by standard courier services or for large packages via a shipping company.

The delivery time depends on which product or articles you have ordered. We do not have all articles on stock and in the worst case may have to order them from our manufacturing partners in the US or elsewhere. In that case you may have to wait approx. 5-6 weeks until we can ship your order to your address.
We usually work with the most popular parcel services like DHL, UPS, DPD or other standard courier services. For larger packages however, we need to get a shipping company involved. We will always inform you in detail about the shipping methods, possible extra costs and the delivery time.
In the case of a product showing a malfunction due to manufacturing failure and identified being covered by our warranty we will try to replace this article as soon as possible. However, this also depends on the fact whether this specific article is on stock.
