Prices are ex-warehouse in Germany, net, without any deductions, and are subject to statutory VAT.

Shipping costs depend on the dimensions and weight of the items. As a result, the actual shipping costs may differ from those listed here. If this occurs, we will notify you in advance or at the time of dispatch and when issuing the delivery note/invoice.

Within Germany:

• Parcels (via DHL, DPD, UPS): For parcels up to 31.5 kg, there is a flat shipping fee of €9.85 plus VAT. 
• Pallets/Bulky Items (via freight forwarding): Shipping is charged at the standard rate for one pallet of €92,44 plus VAT through a freight agency. We will inform you of the costs in advance. Systems with more than 16 HydraMax buckets require 2 pallets.

Please report any damaged shipments immediately to the delivery company (postman or delivery company) with a photo. A „Report on the Receipt of a Damaged Item“ is required for claims. Complete this report at your post office and have it signed.

Within the EU and International:

• Pallets/Bulky Items (via freight forwarding): Shipping is charged at the daily rate. We will inform you of the costs in advance.
